The riverfront reclamation project is well on its way. Invasives have been cleared. Damaged trees have been removed. Soon a guard rail will be installed and a one-quarter mile trail will be boxed out. By Spring 2017 the ADA-compliant trail will be paved with a permeable, porous, environmentally-friendly surface and native trees and shrubs will be planted. Stay tuned.
