Due to safety concerns and a problem with garbage dumping along River Rd, the Town, as of 8/12/2022, will require no-cost permits to park in the northern lot of Sega Meadows on River Rd, and along River Rd. Seasonal and 1-day passes are available from the Mayor’s office. You will be towed without a parking permit being displayed in your car. No permit is needed for parking at the southern end of Seag Meadows Park on Boardman Rd or along Rt 7 at the corner of Boardman Rd by the old Boardman bridge. Swimming and fires are not permitted along River Rd. You can still fish, kayak or canoe.
